about

With Invisible Fridays the duo of charrd continues to hone their mixture of acoustic guitar, drums and electronics. For this release the group went deeper into processing, re-arranging and layering the large collection of sounds they accumulated over two years of recording.

Casaponsa and Dougherty live in Barcelona and Berlin, respectively, so the recording sessions happened when their touring projects crossed paths; in berlin, brussels and across the flemish countryside, usually taking place in hotel rooms or backstage.

This release coincides with the premiere of a collaboration with Münich based choreographer Anna Konjetzsky, which finds them performing live on stage.
